Truva Meze and Grill

Business owner Turan Gunes moved to Northern Ireland in 2004, with plans to finally open a restaurant of his own. He and his wife already had a business plan and branded visuals in place, so when a local restaurant moved location they took over the property to launch Truva Meze and Grill.

As they began to grow the business, Turan worked hard on his menu and style. He found that the local community were used to eating local fare that was very different from the Mediterranean cuisine he wanted to introduce.
